Promotional Photography & Video Release
Photographs and video recordings may be taken during Unmasking: What Holds Us Back for educational and promotional purposes. By registering for the conference, you grant permission for your image and likeness to be captured, edited, and used in conference-related promotional materials. These materials may include, but are not limited to, websites, social media, digital and print marketing, advertisements, newsletters, and other communications produced by the conference organizers.
This authorization applies to all media formats, languages, and markets and may be used without compensation or additional approval. Permission is granted on an ongoing basis unless revoked in writing by email to unmaskingconference@gmail.com. Please note that revocation cannot retroactively remove materials already in use and that, in group or candid settings, complete exclusion from background images may not be possible.
Cancellation Policy
We hope you are able to join us for Unmasking: What Holds Us Back and understand that plans may occasionally change. If you need to cancel your registration and request a refund, please notify us as soon as possible by email at unmaskingconference@gmail.com. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
More than 60 days prior to the event:
100% refund, minus a $250 administrative fee45–60 days prior to the event:
50% refund, minus a $250 administrative fee45 days or fewer prior to the event:
No refunds or transfers
The conference team reserves the right to cancel or postpone Unmasking: What Holds Us Back due to unforeseen circumstances or conditions that make the event illegal, impractical, or unlikely to proceed as planned. Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to, weather, recognized public health threats as determined by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), or local government or health authorities, including infectious disease outbreaks or restrictions affecting travel or public gatherings.
In the unlikely event of a cancellation or postponement, The Unmasking Conference team will offer a credit toward a future event. The Unmasking Conference team is not responsible for any additional expenses or damages incurred by attendees.
CME Disclosure
