When should I plan to be in Tulsa?

We recommend planning to arrive in Tulsa by early afternoon on Friday, April 10, and departing late Monday afternoon to experience the full conference.

  • 5:00 PM: Welcome Mingle / Social

  • 6:00 PM: Cocktail / Mocktail Hour

  • 7:00–9:00 PM: Dinner & Keynote

Saturday & Sunday (schedule in development)

  • 7:00–9:00 AM: Wellness activities & breakfast

  • 9:00 AM–4:00/5:00 PM: Formal speaking sessions

  • Evenings: Additional events to be announced

Monday

  • Programming is currently being finalized with featured speakers

  • We anticipate concluding the conference by 4:00 PM

A more detailed agenda will be released closer to the conference dates.

Will there be CME credits available?

Yes. All conference content is CME‑eligible and participants may earn up to 20 CME credits.

What if I cannot attend the entire conference?

Registered attendees will have access to conference recordings for any CME sessions they miss. Please note that partial registration fees are not offered; the full conference fee applies regardless of attendance duration.

Where will the conference be held?

The conference will take place at a hotel in downtown Tulsa. Final venue details are currently being finalized and will be announced no later than February 1.

Will there be a hotel room block?

Yes. A limited hotel room block will be available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Reservations must be made directly with the hotel using the conference title:

What if I have dietary needs, accommodation requests, or a disability‑related need?

We are happy to work with the hotel and conference vendors to address dietary restrictions, special accommodations, or disability‑related needs.

When will speakers be announced?

We are in the process of confirming several speakers and look forward to announcing them within the next 1–2 weeks.Can I invite others to attend the conference?

If I have a business or product, can I be a sponsor or vendor?

Yes. We welcome sponsorship and vendor applications. Please email unmaskingconference@gmail.com for more information and application details.

Will meals be provided during the conference?

Yes. Light continental breakfasts & snacks will be provided each conference day. In addition, 1-2 lunches and two dinners will be conference‑provided meals. All remaining meals will be on your own. Due to speaker schedules, we are finalizing which meals will be held on site and which will be hosted off site, offering opportunities to explore Tulsa dining. Details will be shared by March 1. We will also share favored Tulsa dining locations.

Will parking be available at the conference hotel?

Yes. The hotel will offer on‑site parking for a daily rate. Additional parking details will be shared once the hotel is announced.

Can I attend the conference without a vehicle?

Absolutely. The conference hotel is easily accessible via Uber or rideshare from Tulsa International Airport, and rideshare options are readily available for local travel. Many nearby restaurants, venues, and entertainment options are also within walking distance.

What is the best way to get to the conference?

If you are driving, the conference hotel is located in downtown Tulsa and is centrally located with easy access from major roadways.

If you are flying, Tulsa International Airport (TUL) is approximately a 10‑minute drive from downtown. Typical Uber or rideshare fares range from $15–$30 from the airport to the conference hotel.

Some attendees may prefer to fly into Oklahoma City (OKC) to obtain a direct flight. Tulsa is approximately a 1 hour and 45 minute drive from the Oklahoma City airport.

Should I stay extra days in Tulsa?

We highly recommend it. Tulsa is a beautiful and vibrant city known for its outstanding restaurants, rich history, and cultural attractions. The Gathering Place is a must‑see destination, offering stunning riverfront views and thoughtfully designed gardens. The Greenwood Rising / Reconciliation Museum is an essential visit for understanding Tulsa’s history and resilience.
